FIRE RISK ASSESSMENTS

FRMS UK Ltd will conduct a totally professional fire risk assessment and will ensure it is suitable and sufficient for your premises as required by law.

We are licensed users of the PAS 79:2012 methodology for the recording of the significant findings of the assessment.

We can carry out fire risk assessments on construction sites and we can carry out fire risk assessments for construction sites involving timber-framed buildings using the UKTFA methodology.

Your fire risk assessment will be carried out by a competent, experienced, registered, specialist fire risk assessor and will include:

A detailed report describing your existing preventive and protective measures.
A detailed report describing any deficiencies-graded with a risk rating. This will include photographs where necessary. We do not simply provide you with an audit checklist. We will tell you if it is right and why it is right. We will also tell if you if it is wrong and why it is wrong and more importantly, how to put it right to achieve compliance.
A prioritised list of recommendations that if implemented will guide you to cost effective measures that will put you in compliance with the Fire Safety Order 2005.

The assessment will be written in plain English so that you can avoid any confusion and clearly understand its contents and significant findings.

In addition to having your risk assessment carried out by FRMS UK Ltd we will then be available for a period of twelve months thereafter to act as your fire consultants available to you for telephone advice on any fire safety matters - this is included in our service without additional costs to you (terms and conditions apply).

We know of no other company offering such a comprehensive service. Furthermore if you appoint FRMS UK Ltd for your fire risk assessment we will carry out your first review when it becomes due at a discounted rate of 10% off the original fee (terms and conditions apply).

Our fees start from just £250.00 for small premises (less than 1000 sq. ft.).
